The Beauty Show is proud to announce a new partnership with Look Good Feel Better, a leading cancer support charity dedicated to providing advice and empowerment to individuals undergoing cancer treatment.
“We are thrilled to join forces with Look Good Feel Better, leveraging this partnership as a unique opportunity to enhance awareness for such an important cause,” said Colette Newby, Event Director at The Beauty Show. “We have committed to supporting the charity in their fundraising efforts through The Beauty Show while helping to educate the readers of Marie Claire, Who What Wear and woman&home”.
Look Good Feel Better’s workshops blend beauty and well-being advice, covering everything from skincare to gentle exercise and meditation. The collaboration with The Beauty Show will help amplify the reach of these workshops and attendees at the show will have the opportunity to donate to support the services of the charity across the UK.
Ian Daniels, Director of Fundraising and Head of Communications, Look Good Feel Better, welcomes the partnership:
“We are delighted to partner with The Beauty Show, which will enable us to reach out to new audiences. Our workshops give practical advice and support to people living with cancer, helping them feel empowered, motivated and less isolated.
“All funds raised make a difference: from £20 towards recruiting and training a workshop volunteer, to £500 to fund an entire face-to-face workshop for up to ten people. Teaming up with The Beauty Show will help us support more people throughout the UK who are facing cancer.”
The Beauty Show takes place 20 – 21 September 2024 at The Business Design Centre in London. The event is organised by Future, the team behind other successful events that include Women in Music, The Photography Show, woman&home Christmas Live.
